Complete internal and external renovation of existing property for Defence Housing Australia (DHA). This house formed part of their portfolio which was required to be ‘upgraded’ to extend the life of the property another 15 years.

Internal/external renovation consisting of new: 

• Kitchen, bathrooms and laundry
• Lights, switches and fans 
• Floor coverings 
• Internal/external paint 
• Doors and door hardware 
• Window furnishings 
• Air conditioning 
• Landscaping (hard and soft) 
• Roof restoration
