This project was completed for a private client looking to maximise his property's earning potential. It involved the structural alteration of the existing dwelling into an 8 self contained room boarding house

• Complex internal alterations
• Installation of Rondo acoustic and fire wall systems to comply with the acoustic and fire requirements for the building classification
• Design and installation of the hot water system to adequately supply all the rooms with the correct water pressure
